Ronald Attard is the Managing Partner of EY Cyprus and Malta and Risk Management Leader for Europe Central, one of EY’s ten super regions covering 33 countries. He has played a pivotal role in building EY’s Strategy and Transactions and Consulting businesses in Malta and has overseen the transformation of EY Cyprus into a market-leading advisory practice. Ronald has extensive experience advising organizations on acquisitions, divestitures, privatizations and other strategic transactions, serving leading institutions, governments and family businesses. He is also the creator of the Malta Attractiveness Survey and for over 15 years, he has been lecturing at the University of Malta, teaching hundreds of students accounting principles.
