Stelios leads EY Cyprus’ Strategy and Transactions team and established the local service line, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and financial advisory. He advises clients across a wide range of industries and has led numerous high-profile engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, banking projects, asset disposals, and corporate restructurings. Before joining EY, he spent nearly 15 years with another Big Four firm in Cyprus, specializing in Transaction Services and Tax and Legal advisory. His expertise spans the Banking, Energy, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. Stelios holds a BSc in Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
